Surrounded by more than two hectares of orange and olive trees, Finca La Viña 1874 is a beautiful villa with private outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, gardens, solarium, olive oil mill and cobbled terraces. Its interior, completely refurbished, has the most ample comforts to enjoy any time of the year. The best beaches of the Mediterranean and the city of Alicante are only 7 km away and the city of Benidorm, amusement parks and charming mountain villages are 32 km away. Maximum occupancy 12 people.

LOCATION

 Finca La Viña is situated between the boundaries of the municipalities of Tángel, Mutxamel and Alicante. It is a charming and rustic area with a past dedicated to the orchard and crops, although in recent years residential areas have been built which have provided the neighbourhood with new services.

It is a charming and rustic area with a past dedicated to the orchard and crops, although in recent years residential areas have been built which have provided the neighbourhood with new services. There are a few bus lines (35, 26) but I'm afraid they are not very frequent. The best option is to own or rent a car, it is the best way to explore the whole area and make excursions. Beaches, cities, theme parks, etc...are close by, 10, 20, 30 min driving at the most. Bicycles are another good option. We have some we could lend you.

THE SURROUNDING AREA

In the surroundings of this luxurious Villa we can, besides enjoying Alicante with its castles: Santa Barbara and San Fernando, the port, beaches and its many nautical activities (Alicante is the starting city of the Volvo Ocean Race), gastronomic offer, cultural offer of museums, music, architecture, markets, etc. enjoy the nearby golf courses of Plantio, San Juan, Bonalba, Alenda Golf, etc.. An almost obligatory visit to Tabarca Island and to the coastal towns such as El Campello, Villajoyosa, Benidorm, Altea, Calpe and Santa Pola. In the interior we have Elche, the route of the Castles, and the mountain villages such as Guadalest or Planes de la Baronia.
