 The flat is located in Reyes Católicos street, and is close to all the places of interest in Alicante. It is a 6min walk from the train station (AVE) of Alicante, very well connected by bus and tram. Ideal for your holidays, leisure or work. The Alicante-Elche Airport (ALC) is 11Km away, and the Port of Alicante (Cruise Terminal) is 1Km away. You can park in the street. 

ENVIRONMENT

The flat is located in the centre of Alicante in a very commercial street, ideal for shopping, gastronomy, culture, etc. It is very well connected by bus and tram to the main places of interest in Alicante. In the area there are bars, restaurants, cafés, ice-cream parlours, supermarkets, bakeries, etc. You have near the Postiguet Beach and the RCRA Yacht Club, where you can enjoy the beach and all the nautical activities.  

THE SURROUNDING AREA

In the surroundings of this wonderful central flat we can, in addition to enjoying Alicante with its castles: Santa Barbara and San Fernando, the port, beaches and its many nautical activities (Alicante is the starting city of the Volvo Ocean Race), gastronomic offer, cultural offer of museums, music, architecture, markets, etc. enjoy the nearby golf courses Plantio, San Juan, Bonalba, Alenda Golf, etc.. An almost obligatory visit to Tabarca Island and to the coastal towns such as El Campello, Villajoyosa, Benidorm, Altea, Calpe and Santa Pola. In the interior we have Elche, the route of the Castles, and the mountain villages such as Guadalest or Planes de la Baronia.
